I Know this is an Embarassing statement to all of us.
but it means a lot to innocent people Who are Deprived of Justice.

i meean  to say Good Governance and Justice is not possible under our Constitution.

Time to Rewrite our Constitution.

there is no problem with law, the actual problem exists with order ( implementing the law), its no use to rewrite the constitution as long as u cant fix the implementing system

the constitution original mentioned the reservations only for 20 yrs.............  we didnt follow it instead we  modified it
