parisprasad Posted January 25, 2011 Report Posted January 25, 2011 Verizon iPhone is going to have another advantage over AT&T’s version of the device when it launches next month: an unlimited data plan.According to The Wall Street Journal, the company will offer customers a $30 per month plan with no data restrictions. AT&T — which dumped its unlimited data option for new customers last year — currently offers 2GB of data for $25 per month (though some customers had unlimited plans grandfathered in).AT&T customers currently also need to pay an additional $20 per month for tethering. That’s all the more significant since a Verizon iPhone can also serve as a mobile hotspot for up to 5 devices, though it’s not yet clear if customers will have to pay extra for that feature.
