Hi guys,

I would like to share my interaction/interview/conversation/queries with Department of Home Land Security this afternoon in San Francisco at 630 San some street. The day before yesterday officer had visited my previous residence in downtowm San Francisco and left message to call him/her ASAP.

The meeting was very friendly and I think we should not be scared with DHS officers. I have perfectly answered their queries as a teacher and student as well. You can email them at [email protected] at any point in time for anything you intend to ask about your present staus and present TV university issues. Please do not call as most probably you will  be reponded through voice mail.

The following were their questions:

1.How do you teach?

2.How attendence is taken?

3. Assignment and the grading system in detail?

4.Who was your teacher?

5.When did the management notified you to complete attendance sheet?

6.How many students did attend your class?

7. Why did you join such unaccredited university?

8. What do you know about present TVU news  i.e. raided by them and hearing day  etc...

9. Student referrel stystem of tvu....

Officers assured me that they called me for help in their verification process and they are doing their best to provide justice to victimised students based on genune documents either with them or at TVU data base. In my observation DHS will try to interact with all students by providing a common forum..i.e. email and other communication mode later this week or so. They said DHS will provide phone number and other mode of communication to needy students. Also, TVU instructors can email directly at abovementioned email address and set time to meet officers at their nearest location.

In my question as how can I claim my salary/ remuneration outstanding for fall semester; they also advised me to file case against TVU at lower case if I want; however added, tvu banks were on hold and are unaccessable right now by tvu administration. They also stated that completed credits from TVU to other universitites are not transferable if DHS activates our SEVIS later.

In addition, our SEVIS is freezed and has to be activited so as to enable transferring into another school.it looks that DHS authority will see students in case to case basis depending upon their class attendence, grade and more.

For my subjects I think students are fine as you can find system working todate including assignments/mid term/final...case studies and more....for detail please visit forum and download excel sheet for your proof of grades and attendance.
