As SEVIS people have not given any update,
She feels that if they don't revoke SEVIS, it's better to leave the country before being served NTA(Notice to appear).
Once they serve NTA, then u should seek voluntary departure via a lawyer... or fight in court if needed.
But if u leave after having an NTA, without requesting Voluntary departure, it will be considered "Self deportation-5yr ban"

Or change status within 30days

ICE contact aindi ante NTA istaru....case solve ayyevaraku eem cheyyalem inka....
status change ki apply cheskovali...court ki povali...lawyer ni pettukovali...kotha colg lo admission techukovali.....then you are safe

NTA serve chesaka kuda.. if they give a court date in march etc... within that period, u may apply for voluntary departure... effect emi undadata..
