U can meet a person by name, don't exactly remember his name may be sridhar, at that place who is in Java with UST Global. He is in some apartment i think. He or his friends can help u. In mean time there is a value place next to that office which u can get monthly or weekly rates. weekly 120 or so. So try these two options.
