Posted

I have got all the sympathy for those TVU students who are suffering a nightmare since 10 days or more.
Definitely, attaching a chip-lock to the legs is gross human rights violation which they are supposed to do for  hard-core criminals.
But see the other end of the coin.
Why Indian Govt. is not interfering in the issue? This is definitely a immigration fraud which they know. Every student knows before hand what kind of University that they are going to join. Don't they? If a student is unable to answer the most basic questions like, "Whats the course you are studying?", "Whats your timetable?", "Who is your tutor?", "Tell me the names of all the subjects to which you are enrolled?".

In UK its even worst, there are people who stayed for 10 years on student visa and obtained passport on that basis. To make the things worse, they would study in a college which is run in a single bed-room apartment.
"Boom and Doom" - comes as a package. When you enjoyed Boom, you should be ready to take on the gloom associated with doom.
Imagine the kind of treatment that Indian Police would give to Bangladeshi intruders when they are caught.
I can say US Police's treatment is far better than Indian counterparts, though I am against that 'chip-lock'.
See how pathetic the AP media is, especially TV9. The front-line news reader is almost crying that violent methods are adopted towards students but the actual reporter in US still denying that.

Going forward, the best thing that should happen to these TVU students is a safe 'deportation'. India, the motherland is there, its booming....its ready to offer infinite opportunities. These young lads should be ready to take on the opportunities in India and in near future they should prove that its not US that have deported them  but its they themselves are reluctant to respect US student visa and finally achieve SUCCESS that they would not have done if they were in US.

ALL THE BEST to TVU Students.

Sorry Bros...
I am not referring to people like you, genuine cases, but the whole intention of the Uni. is to accumulate some fast money in short span of time. You (genuine cases) are minority there. You will with stand this dusty-storm, as you are a genuine student. What I mean is, if you put the same level of effort in India, you can grow faster. For example, the salary (contract rates) are either declining or frozen since 2-3 years in UK and US.
So, say after 5 years, you would be better-off in India than if you were in US. More over, do you know one thing, earlier, marriage alliances were in most demand for US settlers, now its no more the case. If both wife and husband earn (12 lakhs-per-annum with 3-4 years of experience) in Banglore/Hyderabad, there can't be any better place in the world other than these 2 cities.

Think now...
