Chandrababu Naidu, has demanded that the Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, should step down as he had himself admitted that he strove to extricate Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy, former MP and son of the late chief minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy from a murder case.Talking to the media here on Friday, Mr Naidu said that the Chief Minister had violated the law and Constitution by helping a “criminal”. He has demanded that his party MLA Paritala Ravi murder case be reopened and investigated, in view of the latest admission of the Chief Minister.On the proposal of his party to move a no-confidence motion in the Assembly against the government, he said TDP would abide by the will of the people in the matter. He said that those who won on one party ticket and joined another party should think how far their act was justified. He has been referring to some party MLAs leaving the TDP and joining the TRS.
