Help Please : Affair Issue....

Hi Friends,
I stayed as paying guest with a north Indian family in an individual house for nearly up to 2 years. I have a good relationship with them as friend and 6 months back I got married and moved away from them. Let’s say the name of the individual house owner’s wife is RANI. Recently I am getting calls from the RANI saying that she liked my stay with them and miss me and I also said that miss them. But now frequency of the calls got increased and almost every alternate day she is calling me and asked me to not tell to her husband regarding this. When she calls me she started complaining her husband he is not doing this and that and more. And now she is calling me home when her husband not there.
Friends Please help me to solve this issue. I want to tell her in polite way that what she is doing is wrong and she should love her husband (I know he is good guy and works very hard to keep his family happy). If I tell her no then she may go for other guys and I want to love her husband and live happily.
