Your very luky dude.........i have also applied my H1 on Jan 26th in premium processing because of Tri Valley fiasco.....but so far no reciet.........

Nenu Dec 9th na file cheste, Dec 22nd na RFE fax lo vachindi...

Chaala adigadu..... bunch of documentation.... Client letter, Inka employer organization chart, blah blah blah...

Aa RFE ki Jan 19th na reply pedite, Jan 20th na case update ayyindi, RFE received ani..

I applied in Premium, general ga premium lo cheste ventane receipt raadu...direct ga result eay...

so dont worry......Every thing will be okay..
