It seems that many Notices to Appear (NTAs) are being issued to students of TVU lately. If you receive an NTA, please immediately contact an attorney. I will recommend you read those few tips on the matter:

I heard also that the Indian Consulate is planning to put a pannel of free lawyers to help. I will recommend you call the Indian Consulate to see if one those lawyers can represent you for free. Please make sure you are not volunteering any information without an attorney present.
