Recent ga news chusaru kada H1 cap for 2011 -2012 already filled on 26th jan... so nxt year its better to be fast may be jan 1st week lone apply cheyali kada....! result around sept /oct ki vasthadi!


General ga opt apply cheska /opt extension apply cheska adi vacheydhaka vellodu antaru kada

So ippudu Na question vachi  jan  lo  H1 apply chesaka India ki vellocha ? Pakka velali Nenu Marriage Cheskuntuna.!

coming to ur 2nd week .. niku OPT period unte then u can still go.. let me explain u my case
naku OPT extn 2011 June varaku undhi.. I applied for H1 on May 2010.. I went to India in Aug 2010 .. so naa VISA status F1 ye.. Oct 2010 nunchi H1b ki change aindhi

AAA Gap ni Grace period antaru anukunta..... ee context lo cap ante i think Number of applications they accept..

ppl dont usually suggest to leave country after applying for H1...
