trivalley students kontha mandi ekkado off campus chestu dorikarantaga..so that is illegal kada..asalu that is the starting point of investigation antaga...anthaku mundi trivalley meeda suspicion vundi kani vallu dorakadam tho mottam teega lagarantaga....

So in my view aa off campus chese vallani matram they can interrogate....but valla valla papam aa unvi lo chadive valla andarni ala cheyatam tappu....atleast they should transfer them to other univ, so that they won't have any problem.
