ippati daaka mana rajiv khanna conference vinna he was like telling all CPT students to consult an advocate would be the best suggestion at this time because the ICE people are concentrating on the CPT students who had a CPT with MLK.

A).    ICE people are concentrating and contacting people with these issues
        1). Who were on H1 and tried to convert to student status bcoz H1 got cancelled or lost job.
        2). Address fraud cases - improper address given at TVU or port of entry or at any recent domestic departures or          arrivals.
        3). People using CPT from TVU and working at this time.

        So he suggests that these people need to have an advocate.


B).      And people who are been contacted at previous address by ICE, these people need to have attorney before            contacting ICE.

C).      People having H4, but changed to F1 from CPT need to have their status changed back to H4 and wait.

D).      People who are waiting to change sevis like people who have no CPT with TVU, but just having the F1, these people need to wait for the decision until ICE takes something regarding the transfers.

Guys ee info nenu conference call miss aina vallaki helpful untundani nenu post chesanu, nenu vinna situations ivi ee roju..... so evvaru aina miss aithe this might be helpful but dont really rely on these k. idi aina ichina info matrame
