Information about h1b

Recently my cousin had to transfer h1b visa and he ended up paying 5000$ later we came to know that h1b  transfer or extension  fee does not require not more then 500+750+200 +lawyer fee


rules are applied only if the petition is filed for 1st  time (new petition )after august 14th

paying for h1b is illegal for both employee and employer, you may end up in trouble. please think twice before posting on a public platform. Esp. after TVU episode
