One great news – on the Tri Valley University issue

We are proud to announce that one of our clients, a TVU student, received a favorable outcome during these tough times. She was interrogated by ICE and her passport was confiscated. After an interview, ICE returned her passport and agreed to not initiate removal proceedings at this time. Now, she is free to apply to another school or change her status to another visa if applicable.

Our efforts in this particular case show that creating awareness about this issue can be helpful to many of the TVU victims. Please keep pushing the Indian Consulate and the US Government to achieve a good resolution for these students.

We thank the Department of Homeland Security for believing that the students were just VICTIMS in this case…. We hope that other TVU cases will also have a favorable outcome.
