Hi all,

Today was my second meeting with DHS officials in San Francsco at 8th floor meeting room almost for an hour. They said something will come up next week for students as they are in the final process of their investigation.

I can just guess things will go smoothly and they will most probably allow to transfer our SEVIS I-20, F1 to H1/H4 or so. Please note that if you leave the U.S. right now it might be difficult to come back later as your SEVIS will not be reactivated and can reflect at U.S. embassy date base.

As I have stated in my previous email DHS are also taking investigation on case to case basis and I advice everybody to save your excel grade sheet or other evidence to proof your attendance or CPT approved earlier.

Good luck guys. I will regularly let you know updates if any.....
