Planning to Transfer from H1B to F1

Hi Friends,

I am on H1B from past 4years. I have the plans of going to INDIA in May. I am planning to come back to US on F1. Need your suggestions.

client->vendor1->vendor2->vendor3->employer la vundi. so client letter radu...even client letter vunna employee->employer relation ani dobbutadu. considering all these factors...F1 plan chestunna. mee andari suggestions kavali.

Vendor deggarki transfer avdaniki try chesaava... i dont think its a gud idea.. ippud TVU kuda ledhu CPT teesukodaniki....

aina enni months undi mama prj..? Client ni adigaava asalu letter..? vendors ki kuda cheppu nee paristhiti.. It will b fine... they r making money from u dude...

Problem vastundi ani anukuni ilanti big decisions enduku mama... It will b fine with us... all is well..

I totally agree with you bhayya. The bad news is my project is ending in April and I have to go to INDIA in may for Marriage. Nenu new project ki vellina anni kudurutaya leda ani doubt. As you said If all is well then I will come on H1. If I feel that I will face some problem at consulate because of client letter or employee->employer relation then I am planning to keep H1 a side and planning to come on F1. I know some of the universities which are still giving CPT. If I directly attends for F1 with an I20 from a good university then what the problems I may have.

Last but not least I am very thankful for your reply.

F1 is not a solution.. even nuv day 1 nunchi CPT aina thats against F1 rules.. chala risk avtundi...

h1 ends 2012, still one more yr. this is good.
employee-employer relation maintain chestadaniki employer letter tesukonte saripotondi.
and proof of payment-payslips, w2 current employer company lo vuntundi.
client letter enduku, iincase client letter teesukuna, only techologies , experience from client manager.
