H1 transfer .. question??

HI...My H1 holds by company 'X' (consultancy), I have recently accepted Fulltime (same client) with company 'Y'. I told them that i will do the paper work after H1 gets approval, so it got approved recently.

My questions is now what happens to the Previous H1?
If the paper work becomes delay at company 'Y' , Is it ok to generate Payroll from previous company 'X' (they don`t know abt my transfer).

the moment you filed for you h1 with new company, from that day.. you company should stop payroll

as now your h1 is approved, it is for sure that you payroll shouldn't run with old company at all

H1 transfer annadu. ade artham kaatla. H1 transfer aithe its ok. kotha H1 aithe not ok.

I'm in similar situation....application recieved ani notice vachina deggara nunchi u may run payroll with new company...u may also run with old company until ur H1 is approved.... sHa_high5ing sHa_high5ing
