Yes , AS CheGuevara said 1040 EZ is for residents and we come under that category ( Resident is different form Permanent resident)

So, I am sure we can use 1040 EZ file taxes without any hesitation.

1040 NR- EZ use cheyamni ledu but eppudu use cheyalo chepparu...I know andulo clarity ledu .. But as per Oral communication, they confirmed 1040NR-EZ is for perople who have earning for less than 183 days (on contracts or CPT's or on campus)

and 1040 EZ is for resdients and they suggested me to file it even that CPA told the same.
