I am using ACCESS 2007 for querying.....
I just added all those tables and aa particular field ni DRag n drop chesanu.......

I guess i should be inner join anukuntunna...

joins efficient baa. kaani 1-1 mapping unte avi use ful avuthayi.
kaani ee case lo 1-1 mapping levu kada. so ikkada joins use cheyyadam valla duplicate rows vasthayi.  sHa_high5ing

table lo PIDM ki r rows lo same values unnayi. so ikkada duplicates vasthayi

Inka direct ga ostadi kaani, donno why you are getting multiple results. Try this.
