tanu niku ye postal service ninchi ithe pampinchali anukuntundho a customer service ki call chesthe they will let u know...naku telisindhi ithe idhi...for example:fedex ithe online lo account create chesukoni ..pick up ani vuntadhi akada details enter cheyali and also u need to create a shipping label which contains from and to adress..after that u need to take print out of that label and stick on the box...miru pickup schedule lo enter chesina date ki vallu intiki vachi pick chesukoni to address ki deliver chestharu.........

better call customer service vallu inka clear ga explain chestharu and they will guide u too... sHa_high5ing
