In all cases, the date the labor certification is filed (directly with the United States Department of Labor for PERM applications, or with a State Workforce Agency for RIR applications) is assigned as the individual's Priority Date

Daniki Consultancy ki sambandam ledu mama..... Ni Labor application Labor department ki eppudu anduthundo adi ni priority date...

Currently EB2 ki priority date is some where in May 2006, which means all those people who have priority dates before May 2006 can apply for I485 ani.

Suppose ni application Feb 1st 2011 na labor department ki velithe EB2 Current date Feb 2011 ayye varaku nuvvu wait cheyyali (to apply for I485)
