There is no case pending in court related to PSW.Home Secretary is hell bent on removing PSW but big Universities in UK are forcing Theresa May to uphold the decision. They have made a consultation for 8 weeks and the report is yet to be published. But irrespective of what is reflected in consultation, they will definitely remove PSW for ever. But the speculations are there they will continue granting PSW for those students already in UK, whether they have completed MS or not.Reducing the numbers of immigrants is now a political number crunching game coz coalition came to power promising several things and reducing number of migrants from hundreds of thousands to tens of thousands.

I didnt wanted to that to repeat here. let them wait until something comes outside officially sHa_high5ing
bokkamagadu_balayya Posted February 9, 2011 Report Posted February 9, 2011 They have already suggested that students who are already in UK will not be affected.I have been in touch with an Immigration Policy Officer named 'Richard Jackson' whom I have sent several mails and got decent response. He is the person who formulates the Immigration Policy for UKBA and doing the job for 20 years.I will give you his EMail Id afternoon so that you can also send him all your doubts.Or google for 'Jackson Richard immigration policy mail id", you may get his mail Id.It has been a tradition that new rules would not impact the previous ones who are under old rules...but cannot say with 100% guarantee because this Coalition is not leaving any opportunity to reduce numbers of immigrants.UKBA said that they would publish their new Policy by the end of this week or next week.Lets wait and see..Wish you all the best.
