'Find Secret of Jagan’s Wealth'

Hyderabad, Feb 10: The Handloom and Textiles Minister Dr P Shankar Rao said that he has addressed a letter to the High Court to know the secret of former MP Mr YS Jagan Mohan Reddy earning  crores of rupees within one year.

Addressing the media at CLP office here on Thursday, Dr Shankar Rao said that Mr Jagan’s family has  declared  Rs. 15 lakh income  at the time of 2004 elections,  and Rs.two crore in 2009 elections,  but the same family has  paid Rs.87 Crores as  advance Tax in 2010. He asked “how is it possible” and said the government will be benefited if the secret of earning Crores of rupees within one year is known as did by Mr Jagan’s family, without imposing any sort of taxes”. When asked about Mr Chandrababu Naidu’s irregularities during his rule, Dr Shankar Rao said that he has no information about it.

Finding fault with  Ms Konda Surekha’s  criticism against AICC Chief Ms Sonia Gandhi, the minister said that the former was talking like that losing mental balance. He said that she might have been frustrated after losing her minister post, and hence she was talking like that. Responding on her letters, he said that ‘Saakshi newspaper’ was donning the roles of story writer, screen play writer, dialogue writer, director, producer and distributor of the letters too. He said that even God will not forgive her if she criticized Ms Sonia Gandhi in the same way in future.

Refuting the charges leveled by Ms Surekha against Mr Chiranjeevi, the Minister said that the latter joined Congress party without expecting any position.
