borraharish Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 its not matter about accreditation, with out any accreditation SEVIP will not give permission to issue i20. In US there are more than 100 organizations which give accreditations to universities. in the case Ice filed on TVU it has not mentioned any thing about accreditation. we are using all the loop holes in USCIS, please read the case filed on TVU (i.e, 20 page PDF).
