My consultant is based in Kansas and he started running my payroll from April 2010 for first few months in Kansas and the rest up until now in Texas. But I got a job in september in seattle WA (payroll from september unitl now also ran in Texas not in Washington.)I have applied for extension in January 2011 and I have a query from USCIS. (Remember in the extension application, my consultant gave me a letter stating that I have been working from March 2010 but the payroll ran from april 2010).....Here it is...1. The employment letter included with your application states that your employer since March 2010. [EmployerName] Inc, is located in Kansas, however your personal mailing address while employed by [EmployerName] is in Washington state as well as an earlier address in new york.In order to establish your eligibility for an extension of your OPT, please submit the followingA. A written explanation of the location of your employer in Kansas and your personal address in WashingtonB. [EmployerName] pay stubs verifying your employment from March 2010 to present.Please help me if you or any of the friends have seen such cases...it is urgent...
