Hello dear friends,

A  rally is being organized in Atlanta area  on Saturday at Sri Krishna Vilas on Winward parkway in Alpharetta, at 3 PM to protest against that attack on democracy reflected on JP.

Media coverage shall also be available. Please make sure that, the local area chapter leads  across the USA get the coverage from Media and showcase the support for LSP. Otherwise, all the efforts done will not reap the desired results.

it adds a new dimension to the issue.

Ppl in india always have a HIGHER REGARD for ppl staying abroad as they view them as highly qualified professionals and can add intellectual contribution.

Also, listening to the NRI ppls perspective, widens the knowledge and the various dimensions to the same issue. Ppl trust and respect the views of the NRIs much more than they trust their local Politicians. Its all about Media PROJECTION.

They listen to NRIs regarding GREATER ISSUES that concern the DEVELOPMENT FACTORS.

However, the same is not true, when a power hungry NRI goes to contest in his native place. PEOPLE think ,he would be going away any way and he doenst know the grassroot level issues. So he can not understand our pain well and will not serve our petty needs.
It is the failure of the NRI, if he has not done enough ground work in his consitutency, and is not able to connect to them in their minds.

One more thing i have missed out in my previosu post.

1) Funding

2) NRI voting is also in play and will take shape pretty soon. Even though they can not vote, they can call their families and friends and influence atleast 4-6 ppl.

That is exaclty what happened in KPHB. A collaboration of NRIs ,students and educated people.
