This an information for all of the student who enter this country on H4 visa and then took an admission in TVU for further studies.

I did the same as well got married and came to US and then changed my status to F1 after getting I-20 from TVU but then came to know that TVU had made such a great blunder.  Got my status approval on 24th jan 2011.

Later came to know that TVU license has been revoked and I my F1 status is then illegal in this country.

Well, what I did to remain legal in this country is I went back to India on 28th jan 2011 and came back on H4 on 14th feb 2011. The immigration department was very cooperative and they did not cross- question me as to why I want to change my status back to H4 after being changed to F1 before leaving the country.

This is the fastest and the easiest way I found out to convert my status and get out of this TVU mess.
