I joined TVU in fall 2010. I took CPT in Dec/2010 but stopped working. I called ICE, when we were noticed on SEVP website. They gave me same options like most you guys. Then I transfered to another university and there by started procedure for SEVIS transfer through DSO. Today I and some other friends in that university got this update. Next step should be applying for Reinstatement through school. I was informed by school that, Reinstatement will take 4-5 months and meanwhile, we will be obtaining new I20s even the reinstatement process is in progress. So, we will be in good shape. I wish you all the best.
