Bolarm is the biggest cantontment in Asia, Dindigul in the biggest airforce base in Asia,  hyd has lot of defence releted industries  and also NFC.......... they are all related to national security.............. so army wants the central govt to have direct control

Importance of Hyderabad is very much for the nation, edo gottam gallu edisdarani ivva daaniki Hyderabad emi normal city kaadu.. most of the defense establishments and nuclear bunkers are based in Hyderabad, edo oka state capital kante ekkuva importance unna city hyderabad

so obviously Army is one of the stakeholders in SKC

CCMB - all the biomedical research for Indian Defence services happens here along with other DRDO establishments across the country
