Go for canon or panasonic or sony
check list for best camera
1.Optical zoom
2.Memory card
3.image stablization
4.1080*1920
5.24/30/60 frame rate , number of frames for sec(variable frame recording)
if u get the above specifications thats the good camera

6. finally look for quality of lens i.e optical
if u get carl zesis lens thats best camera u won't get that lens on consumer product
