Hi Sidhu....I know its tough to be in US without insurance.....kani health care costs ikkada chala ekkuva the reason behind it is the billions of dollars they spend on research for new drugs.....so adi rabattukovadaniki inta expensive ga vuntundi health care. Ade mana desam lo negligible  research anduke akkada health care costs takkuva but quality wise this system is best.....ikkada hospitals lo work chesa kabatti cheppagalanu

you have couple of options here brother.......

1) Every hospital has a social worker n veedito appointment fix chesukuni tell him about ur economical position n insist that ur not in a position to pay the bill.

2) Neeku surgery chesina doctor daggariki vellinappudu request cheste vaadi fees tagginchochu and also he can waive the anesthecia doctor's bill.

3) Nuvvu kattanu ani hospital vaadiki chebite he will come with a settlement amount. Adi kuda kattanu ante general ga one yr chusi debt agencies ki nee case refer chestaru kaani that will affect ur credit score.

U can eat watever u want.......neeku surgery ayyina first two weeks just light food no non veg(koncham stomach light ga vunte bettter) next 2-3 weeks slowly mana regular food introduce chesuko. Appendicectomy is a very small operation dont worry u will be doing fine....BTW neeku laproscopic surgery aa leka regular lower abdomen lo incision ichi kutlu vesara......
