AP Govt can't give salaries to Govt. employes this month

AP Govt can't give salaries to employed this month because it is already an overdraft situation and due to hesitations in telangana non-coperation movement so our govt lost nearly 700crores each day from 17th and now in a situation that it can't even give govt employees salaries.The news is real and it came out one day after the budget passed and now making shame on Govt of AP presenting 1+lakhs budget on paper but no money in bank accounts.If at all the other employees who are in Andhra and Rayalaseema didn't get the salaries and if they also start the non-coperation against Government if they didn't get the salaries then what is the position of AP govt in future.If at all 1 day all the Govt employees pen down for 3 days last month 3000+crores loss occured in jan2011 but if same thing happens then kiran will resign surely because without money he can't do anything.
