Deletedid1 Posted February 27, 2011 Report Posted February 27, 2011 Bangalore, Feb 27 (PTI) The Karnataka government has alloted 4,290 acres of land to Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE) for aeronautical test range project at Chitradurga district, the DRDO said here today.Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has officially handed over the land documents to ADE yesterday, a DRDO statement said.The objective of the Rs 1,300 crore project is to build necessary infrastructure for testing and evaluating unmanned and manned aircraft being undertaken by aeronautic cluster labs in DRDO, it said.The project has been planned and conceived by ADE, Bangalore in collaboration with other DRDO labs.[url=http://news.in.msn.com/national/article.aspx?cp-documentid=4972471]http://news.in.msn.com/national/article.aspx?cp-documentid=4972471[/url]
