Reboot->F2 to enter BIOS settings then remove the auto option under video put the default eg Intel etc-> reboot that will by pass anything to do with the newly installed drivers and its settings. Then change the vgasave properties once u r windows in loaded

Let me see There should be  Vga ani kooda leda.... it has to be somewhere.. in BIOS did u check in all tabs ...  Needi Dell Laptop aa????

When U went o Safe mode were u able to see the OS screen..

startup repair kodite konchem sepatlo WIN logo chupinchi, malli black screen ki vellipotundi.

2nd option lo emi kanapadatam ledu (till that point it waits then jumps to restarting again) in safe mode
ippude recovery disc okati downlaod chestunna  chuddam if its of any help.

It seems to be ur OS is corrupted. Ya try it recovering .. Check ur PM too
