(1820$ for Application process Fee and 500$ for Department of Homeland Security for some security screening Fee )H1 Extension will be charged 1,820$(No DHS screening Fee as its an extension for already filed petition)The above fee is Reflected only if your consultancy fall under the new rules formed on 14th of Aug 2010 night 11.59Pm(company with a size of more than 50 employees, and under that if there are more than 50% of the people on H1 and L1 they have to pay extra 2000$ (this one will go to the support of Mexico border thing )) .....
