Gunner Posted March 1, 2011 Report Posted March 1, 2011 You dont have an option of "Eppudu Best" and "eppud Best Kaadhu" You will have only 1 go to file your H1 for the Fiscal year 2012, the filing for which would start on 1st April, 2011. You can have a start date not earlier than October 1st, 2011. AS you said your OPT expires in March, 2012, you can put the start date from March/April 2012, according to your convenience. That start date you put would be when you automatically get on to H1 Status and your OPT status would be void.Good Luck! Cheers!
