nenu OPT lo vunna..last year tax file cheyyaledhu... e year oka attorney tho matladithe nenu kattina school fee ki tax returns ippistha annadu..but ma friends fee ki tax return file chesthey H1 appudu problem avuthundhi annaru.. Nijanga H1 appudu problem avuthundha? Please i need some info !!  thankyou thankyou

nakku oka mail vAchindhi......... evadoo fees ki tax returns(educational credit) ippistha anni........... some of my friends did and they got 1000$ in returns............. but some told not to apply bcoz educational credit is for citizens and green cards... we r not eligible for it............. so school fees ki tax returns is risk for h1 b visa... and its upto you what to decide

Even I had same doubt but spoke with lawyer who is well known to me, he told thats a new rule from obama which we can use that no worries about h1 or gc...
