As you may see in the majority of posts that every one is looking for Java consultants. As the new Projects started, H1s from India are not done, Java consutlants are in Scarce.
It is not easy to shift into Progrmaming. But If you are looking for a Job then think of it.
Tools are easy to learn, but Every one is on it.
take time if needed to learn and get into JAVA. the good thing is clients also know that they are not getting Experience guys, still they are considering them.
