they say..the worth of something good..is only realized...when there is something bad...just like...Gods virtue is realized only when there is evil..

During CBNs tenure, CIVIC ORDER was maintained at good levels. Police,IAS, VAOs , IFS, teachers and other Govt employees functioning was appropriate . There was a sense that govt was functioning.

During YSR;s regime, it is the unleashing of the evil. FARMERS....no one helps them..but for MOTHER NATURE. YSR was lucky that the state had seen abundant rains in his regime. Just as AYODHYA...was ruled by RAMA..and yet people were screaming.."ANNAMOOO RAAMA CHANDARAA"...while LANKA..ruled by RAVANA was abundant in food,wealth and everYthing else.

YSR had populist schemes : WELFARE programmes and CBN had DEVELOPMENT agenda.

the first is easily liked, just as fast food junk. The later is good in the long run for everybody, just like KAKARAKAYA JUICE.

Corruption is at a peak level during YSRs regime and the 10 year progress tha CBN brought, not just physically..but PSYCHOLOGICALLY amongst the people and offciers went back to 70''s time.
