H1B filing

Hi Friends,

I would like to apply for H1B this year. I want to know the detailed process of H1B application.

My company may not sponsor H1b, but they will surely provide the documentation required. Please let me know what documents i need to prepare and what i documents i should get from my employer?

Do i need to approach an attorney or i can do it myself?, is it good to go for premium processing or normal works?

mii company vadu apply cheyyakapothe.. desi consultant gadi deggara ki vellu..so that vadu h1b apply chesthadu.. mii company vadu aah consultant ki pay chesthadu.. u will take from him

in that case.. nuvu inka full-time employee vi avvavu nuvu work chesthunna company ki ..
