going to buy 3BHK flat ---kphb area lo...suggestions needed

why dont peopel realize that ther wont be growth all the times, what is today 37 will not be 50 L just coz  of Hyd under TG or UT, rate an asset with returns and investment potential even though u might be living there or some sentiments attached

HYD as UT or TG doesnt matter.. citys risk potential is more and  the actual people who might be interested in hyd are few now

kone vedava ni okadini choopinchu please.. rates cheppukuntuaru.. evadu konadam ledu.. and most of the apartments that were supposed to be handed over to owners are stuck without completion..

apartments complete ayi kanaka leka pote .. there is huge risk that you can neither get ur money back nor ur apartment back

if i were u.. i wud buy land and build a small home rather than putting my hard earned money on apartment.. ika kand prices antaava.. koddiage distance vellu and u will get for 8000-10000 per sq yards.. ehard miyapur lo 9000 ki lopalaki dorakachu

unna place lo undadam ante .. rate enta unna kondam kadu anedi nenu cheptundi..

if u are paying 35 lakhs for apartment.. which ahs life of 10-15 yrs max with todays construction standards...by the time you pay ur loan back.. apartment will be junk

ika nuvvu 20 yrs installments kattukuntu undali.. next wolrd lo ekkadaina .,. risk estimate cheyakunda investment undadu.. even it applied for home

house buying ki most important.. employment potential... if there are no new jobs created in hyderabd.. how can it grow exponentially.. this is the feeling that is making people to go and still buy apartments which will never be handed over in most cases ( coz the buyers are not considering risk factors properly)

hyderabad lo undaddu unda kodadu ani  nenu ekakda ana ledu.. said the growth will be confined from now.. no need to speculate that ur investment will grow..

the problem with india the current population is young and we have a new sets of speculators added due to easy jobs  from IT... oka 5 lakhs vache vaadu velli 30 lakhs illu kontunnaru.. go and see how worst it will be if either the price goes down or he looses his job
