I dont recollect..was it November? any way...He is one of the Young telugu Leaders who is well educated has got good SME and is a controlled speaker.He needs to be given a better chance in the party to show his leadership skills. He is currently being groomed by CBN already.Regarding the matter he spoke, Yes, he was definitely on to the point.
