He anounced it before.8) TGV and CM are from Rayalaseeme and can able to work together.9) The both put the force in the middle of the march to do the job.10) YOU SHOULD REMEMBER POLICE WHERE CHECKING EACH AND EVERY PERSON GOING TO MARCH.11) Police did not found any tools used for uplifting the Idles.12) The tools has to be transported by vehicles the police vehicles where used for this purpose.13) There are no other assult on private property except Idles.By this analysis we should understand that the job done by outsider than Telanganites.
