gunnerz4ever Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 1)Issue this command and you will know what application or process is used by this port.(lsof -i :7503).2)issue the pid command to know the process ,you will get a process id then in the 3rd step 3)Issue the command kill -9 pid.4)If you still cannot kill the process then you should be having some scripts written by the architects of your working client like how to kill a process .5)Be careful and follow the documentation before restarting the server .
