OPT Pending for more than 3 months,Can i go for InfoPass Appointment,please help

Hello friends,

I Submitted my I-765 on december 8th at vermont service center and on february 8th i saw my status as Request for Evidence, i got a letter from USCIS stating that the photo i submitted has blue background and they asked me send a photo with white background, i submitted it and they received it on feb 15th and my current status is like Request for Evidence Response Review.

Can u please tell me how many days may it take to get my EAD, its already been one month after i submitted the requested evidence.

Can u guys please tell me if i can take InfoPass Appointment and if i do so will that help me out??

as your OPT will be extended for 180 days or till the decision is made... which ever comes first you dont have to do anything just waqit for the card ... sHa_high5ing sHa_high5ing

I had similar issue last year, call them and check for the status.. They will help you for sure and take status confirmation number to call them back after 10 days...For me they have sent little late..Check the correct address with them.
