suryachakri Posted March 15, 2011 Report Posted March 15, 2011 Hi guys..i need some suggestions as well as information..I am currently working for an employer but its been 2 months already that my project gt over but I still didnt get any project through him till now so I have tried my own ways and i got project through my self through different employer and project also got confirmed..but the issue is i have to change the employer now..but with my current emplyer i worked only for 12 months ona project but i signed like a bond for 15 months..I am on OPT right now..so if i tell him that I got a job else where like full time..would he screw me saying that you signed a bond with us and u cant leave..please tell me that..The reaosn why I wanted to say him that I got a job else where because if something happens with new project with new employer I can alsways come back with this employer so I want to leave in good terms..so tell me should i tell him and go or shoould;nt i tel him..but if i tell him is there nay chance that he would screw me..
