Hmmm...painaa andharu em rasaroooo chadhavaledhu kani...If u want to get it done go for it....If u r in US then u dont have to worry about the sterilized needles. they are good t it. i got done in india about 6 years ago....
make sure what design or picture you want. coz one done, to remove it u have to go thru a huge process which is expensive and pain.

Above all get your first tattoo on left hand and not right hand.
