go to the mail settings in gmail...in that select filters.

1- click on [b]creat new filter[/b].
2-enter [b]from adress[/b](website mail id/user mail id)
3-enter [b]to adress[/b](ur mail id)
4-click [b]test search  [/b] then click next step
5-now choose the action which you want (like apply the label and choose the label)
6.-create filter.
