Well that point  leads into a big discussion as  no country in this world truly believe/rely on  their neighbors  looking at their army and their artillery capabilities..
So no one thinks  of diverting the money to protect the nature instead of securing the Nation from he neighbors or enemies..

So Every single NAtion need to think of  this issue and finding the solution to this as a Social Responsibility and need to show up their spending in hands instead of showing in papers..

Hopefully the world  will realise after this Japan's Tsunami and learn a lesson about the imapact on the Mother Earth...

and they mentioned about the impact of water level increase of oceans on the earth by some meters and this tsunami showed  what can happen  with this EArthquakes and the global warming impact...
